All events and products are sold only throught our website.
Event products are valid on the day described in the description of each product.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a 50% refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your ticket must be unused.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Refund
You can exchange your ticket, Not later than 72hrs prior the event with one for further with no additinal cost of the original ticket.
You can claim a 50% refund not later than 24hrs prior the event date and time.
Downloadable software products (training, courses etc) are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Physical goods return terms
Returns are accepted wtihin 14 days after goods receipt.
Original packaging should be in place.
If the packaging is damged on receipt, please take pictures and sign the courier letter as damaged packaging.

Shipping in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is provided by OMNIVA all the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
DHL and Fedex are used to ship the goods worldwide. Shipping costs outside the European Uninon will be calculated after the purchase, a quotation may be requested via email info@dalifactory.com – all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
